About Diedra Thies, APRN
Diedra Thies, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been providing compassionate, evidence-based care since 2016. She has a strong clinical interest in preventive care and diabetes management and is committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients to support their long-term health.
Originally from South Dakota, Diedra moved to Nebraska in 2008 to attend Wayne State College, where she also played collegiate volleyball. She went on to earn both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She values staying current with the latest advancements in healthcare and takes pride in offering thoughtful, personalized care to every patient she serves.
Diedra is also the Quality Director for MRHS. She leads efforts to improve patient outcomes, safety, and clinic performance through data-driven strategies and collaborative care. She focuses on meeting quality benchmarks, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, all while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
Outside of her work at Midwest Regional Health Services, Diedra enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, watching and playing sports, and traveling.
