I have been seeing Dr.Bisenius for years now and want to say I have always recieved excellent care .I feel like she takes the time to listen to me and really cares about my health. I cant say enough good things about Dr.B and the rest of her staff. I was a nurse for over 40 years and I know good care when i see it.

As an RN, I am shocked by the lack of care I witnessed from Dr. Shinaut for one of his patients. He failed to meet the needs of the patient within several days and caused great anxiety for the patient and his family. I have advised the patient to seek another provider as I am sure this poor provision of care will only get worse. Something as simple as refilling a prescription seems to be difficult for him. I would never advise my patients to chose him as a provider.

Worst patient care/ bedside manner I have ever experienced. Im 22 yr F, with GAD, CPTSD, and ADHD. Also I have PSTD and have had quite a traumatic past few months. Ive had some UT and GI issues. I was trying to tell her my symptoms but was promptly cut short. She never let me finish one sentence. She then said “so like what happened to you? Whats your trauma? Does it have to do with ——?, Sorry im not trying to be rude im just trying to get a better picture.” Never in my life have i felt more shut down by a HEALTHCARE provider. I understand some people can live their lives and not have any trauma and be able to say things like that and not think about how it could be insensitive or triggering. When it comes to a PA-C though, and a woman. I would think she would've came at the question with a bit more compassion and empathy instead of judgement. I left that day with ZERO HELP. She ordered me urology referral which shows me she didn't want to do her job. She didn't order any further test, not an STD panel, blood test, just a simple urine sample not even sent to lab. Have more compassion you have no idea what someone has going on in their head. Shame on you for serotyping.

I have been seeing Dr. Bisenius since 2003. She has always been attentive to all my needs. Never so much as last year in 2023 when I was diagnosed with Stage 3b Ovarian cancer. As soon as she received reports from my oncologist, her office would call me to see how I was doing and offer any further assistance. She and her staff were truly angels to me.

My provider is Lisa Hood PA. She is amazing and I highly recommend her as a provider. Besides being extremely intelligent, she is very relatable. Listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. She goes above and beyond and is very caring.

She is very nice and an excellent listener. The combination of Zeller and Blad, have really helped me to realize some things about myself and get stronger.
