Rachel Zeller, LIMHP, is a Clinical Counselor at Midwest Regional Health Services, where she brings compassion, expertise, and a client-centered approach to her work. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University and her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. She is also a trained Brainspotting Practitioner.
Rachel’s clinical interests include parenting support, childhood trauma, family systems, attachment, anxiety, depression, and maternal/postpartum mental health. She specializes in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and she tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Rachel views therapy as a collaborative process and believes clients are the experts in their own lives. She aims to help individuals harness their strengths and resilience, supporting them as they gain confidence and move toward personal growth and healing.
Outside of her clinical work, Rachel is married and a proud mom of three. Her family also includes two dogs and a cat. Her husband is a military retiree, and her life experiences give her a rich perspective that enhances her work with clients. Rachel enjoys hiking, attending musicals, and kickboxing in her free time.
