Because we are patients of Dr. Blad, we received a msg to set up appt for Covid tests. Our appt was for 8:00 am, pulled up to the tent area, the test was done and we never had to leave the vehicle. We received the test results - both of us negative - Since we are both elderly, this was very meaningful not to have to go into a waiting room, etc. It was easy for us.

I went to see Dr. Byrd, as I was looking for a new family provider. I have been on a very specific regimen of medications for several conditions for many many years, and unfortunately I felt insulted, as Dr Byrd had said I was on a ‘lot of medications’, and decided to change up (aka not refill or continue several medications I NEED and have taken regularly for quite some time. It is very frustrating as a patient to put everything out there and entrusting the physician to take it for what it is- as far as medications, conditions, and also your wants/wishes for your own body, and the MD doesn’t listen or puts it to the wayside. I absolutely feel when you are 100% honest from the get go, the MD should be a little more compliant and agreeable to what information the patient is providing. I am hoping I will not have to go on the hunt for a new provider if she doesn’t meet me half way for my current medical care/regimen.

Used curbside service and had blood drawn and a bonus nasal swab. Very efficient and quick. Note that curbside is in lower parking lot. East side not upper lot.

I had two Zoom appointments with Dr. Shinaut. He did an excellent job at both appointments listening to me and then explaining his treatment plan. He always does an outstanding job making you feel like you are a top priority as his patient.

Curb side service. Didn't even have to get out of my car. So thankful as still keeping isolated. As always everyone is pleasant, helpful and very caring. Thank you so much for all you do to help keep everyone healthy.
