Always a great experience at this office! Staff is helpful and courteous, knowledgeable. Very short wait times, able to get appointments scheduled conveniently. Dr. Shinaut is the best! Very patient, skilled and always listens. Works with me on my needs and health goals. I moved out of town and still drive to Omaha for my appointments! They can coordinate your care and make sure all needs are met. I have sent my adult kids to this office as well. Highly recommended!

I was very concerned about infection after being bitten several times by a cat. Dr. Biga offered online follow up where I could send photos off my wounds. He responded several times, putting my mind at ease during the days that followed. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this! It allowed me to keep working and have peace of mind! Thank you!

Great as always. Dr. B always takes the time to ask me how I’m doing, what concerns I have, and offer solutions. She truly listens to my input and takes that into consideration for our game plan. I love Dr. B and will never willingly switch to another doctor.

I'm afraid I was disappointed with my appointment. I thought I was going for a complete physical, but left not really knowing anything different than when I came in. I must have missed something because I know just as much now with no vision for anything different.
